Our essence is connection
with people.

What to know before arriving in Sintra?

Keep in mind that you need 2 or 3 days if you want to get to know the entire Sintra area in detail.
The best thing would be to stay here for two nights and relax.
If you only have one day, we recommend that you spend the whole day with us, doing thew FULL DAY TOUR, so that you can get to know and enjoy the best that this "fairytale" place has to offer.

Where to park?

We would like to inform you that bringing your car to Sintra will be a challenge and not recommended!
If you come to visit us during the high season, which runs from June to September, you will find long queues to access the historic center, as well as difficulty in parking. You will see a huge confusion of signs and traffic bans for private vehicles.

Private vehicles are no longer allowed to circulate or park at Pena Palace or Pena Park.

We therefore recommend that you come by train, which leaves Lisbon (Rossio or Oriente) every day and every 40 minutes. Do not bring your car to Sintra, as the territory is small and limited. If you really need to do this, we recommend that you park in the following parks:

 => Park Portela 1 Norte:  RJ3F+6X Sintra (free)
=> Park P3:  RJ2F+H7 Sintra
=> Park Square São Pedro Penaferrim:  QJRC+45 Sintra (free)

What to bring?

  • Good boots or Sneakers to walk for several hours.

  • Coat / Jacket (even if it's summer and it's hot, at the end of the day you'll feel cold!)

  • Hat - protect yourself from the sun!
